Use this session to view and maintain rental resource lines of a project, linked to a rental template.
Note: The header data of this session is defaulted from the Activity Budget (Equipment) (tpptc2112m000) session and cannot be modified.

- The code of the plan.

- The code of the reference activity that is linked to the rental equipment.
- Planned Equipment Request

The code of the planned equipment request generated for the rental activity in a project.
Note: This field is displayed only when the Rental Resource Lines (tpptc2180m000) session is accessed from the Planned Equipment Requests (tppss6125m000).

- Quantity

The quantity of the rental equipment.
Note: This field is defaulted with the value of the Equipment Quantity field in the Activity Budget (Equipment) (tpptc2112m000) session.
- Cost Amount

The sum of the cost amounts of the rental resource lines.
Note: If the quantity of the rental resource lines is modified, the value of cost amount in the budget is recalculated.
- Currency
- The currency in which the cost amount is expressed.
- Line
- The line number of the rental resource line.
- Resource Type

The resource type of the reference activity linked to a rental template.
Allowed values
- Labor

The overheads are calculated for Labor cost type.
- Overhead

The overheads are calculated for Overhead cost type.
- Materials

The overheads are calculated for Material cost type.
- Equipment

The overheads are calculated for Equipment cost type.
- Subcontracting

The overheads are calculated for Subcontracting cost type.
- Sundry Costs

The overheads are calculated for Sundry cost type.
- Rental Product

If this check box is selected, you can specify a rental product for the rental resource line.
Note: This check box is enabled only if the Resource Type field is set to Equipment.
- Resource Item

The rental product specified for the rental resource line.
Note: This field is enabled, if:
- The Resource Type field is set to Materials.
- The Resource Type field is set to Equipment and the Rental Product check box is selected.

- Resource Cost Object

The cost object specified for the rental resource line. This value is based on the resource type.
Note: This field is enabled if the Resource Type field is set to Labor, Equipment, and Sundry Costs.
- Per Unit Quantity
- The quantity required for one unit of rental equipment.
- Total Quantity

The total quantity of the resource item or cost object.
Total Quantity = Per Unit Quantity x Equipment QuantityNote: The equipment line quantity of the equipment budget line or estimate line or planned equipment request from where the rental resource lines session is accessed is considered as Equipment Quantity. - Quantity Unit
