Element Physical Progress (tpppc1550m000)
Use this session to list the element progress for a project. This session can only be used if you entered a Progress Quantity in the Elements (tpptc1100m000) session for your element.
Field Information
- Project

The project code.
You can only select projects in which:
- The project status is Active.
- The Control by field in the Projects (tppdm6100m000) session is Elements Budget.

- Date

The progress date. LN checks whether you can still enter progress on this project.
- Element

The element code.
- Physical Progress Quantity

The budgeted number of elements.
- Cumulative [Quantity]

The number of elements to be invoiced.
- Cumulative [%]

The element progress in percentages.
- Reported Completed

If this check box is selected, the production of the selected element is assumed to be completed. If it is not completed, you can still enter a progress.
If the progress does not equal 100%, you can settle the difference if:
- The To be Settled check box in the Elements (tpptc1100m000) session is selected.
- The selected cost object belongs to an extension for which the Extension Type field in the Extension (tpptc0110s000) session is Quantities to be Settled.
- Approved

Indicates that the physical progress of the element is approved.
Note:- Element progress that is approved cannot be modified or deleted.
- Progress invoice installments can be generated only for approved element progress using the Create Progress Invoice Installments (tppin1210m000) session.
- Approved element progress which is invoiced cannot be disapproved (Unapprove).
