Trade Group Capacity Workbench (tppdm8610m000)
Use this session to view and maintain trade group by employees. This session displays budgeted labor for a selected Trade Group over a selected period of time that is equal to a month, week, or day. The workbench displays data for Available, Assigned and Planned categories.
- The Workbench displays data from seven-time buckets simultaneously, with an option to browse between the periods of buckets. Time bucket is a period of time, which can be specified for a month, week, or day
 - The employee’s data is displayed in a graph on the top right pane of the session.
 - Trade Group data for each Employee is identified by the fields User, Time bucket type, Period Start Date, and Employee.
 - The grid column labels are dynamically altered based on the value specified for the Period, From, and To field.

Note:- For project assignments, that are not (yet) linked to an employee, the session displays a line with unnamed resource. As project assignments without an employee can only have the status Free, the corresponding hours is displayed as Planned.
 - Assignments are only displayed if there is time availability specified in the calendar. For example, a quality assignment for the weekend is not displayed if there is no work time specified in the calendar.
 - The planned or assigned hours are always calculated based on the default calendar of the employee, even if a different calendar is used in the assignment.

Allowed values
- Internal

A person permanently employed by the organization.
 - External
 - 
              
A person who is not on the payroll of the organization. Yet, the external employee will be used for planning purposes. Additionally, the external employee's time spent can be entered.
 
 - Manager

The code of the manager of the employee.
 - Name
 - 
            
The name of the manager of the employee.

The number of hours resource is available within the time bucket, according to their own calendar (if any) or the actual calendar of the trade group.
Note: The calendar for the Trade group is defaulted from the main trade group or a higher level. - Assigned

The number of hours the resource is assigned for a task in the Assignments (tpptc2170m000) session with the Assignment Status set to Assigned, In Progress, and Completed.
- For Service assignments, the service order and work order activities with the status set to Released are displayed as assigned.
 - For Manufacturing, the Resource Assignment Status set to In Progress or Completed, are displayed as assigned.
 - For Quality assignments, the assignments with the status set to Assigned, In Progress, Completed, and Closed are displayed as assigned.
 
 - Planned

The number of hours the resource is planned but not yet confirmed to, based on the project Assignments (tpptc2170m000) session. Only the Project Assignment Status set to Free are considered.
- For Service assignments, the service order and work order activities with the status set to Free or Planned are displayed as planned.
 - For Manufacturing, the Resource Assignment Status set to Not Started are displayed as planned.
 - For Quality assignments, the assignments with the status as Free or Reopened are displayed as planned
