Closing Application for Payment

An Application for Payment (AFP) can be closed when the installment for the AFP is generated.

The application sets the status of the AFP to Closed, when the installment is generated for the selected AFP. If the Final Application For Payment check box is selected and the AFP is closed, a new AFP cannot be generated.
