Reprocessing CPQ configurations for product variants

You can specify configurable products on sales order lines and sales quote lines, which are configured in the Infor Configurator (CPQ). If rulesets in CPQ are altered due to any modifications related to pricing, bill of material, routing, or subcontracting models, you can use the Reprocess CPQ Configurations (tipcf2221m000) session to apply the changes in CPQ configurations to the existing range of product variants and generated PCS project structures in Infor LN. This session can be used only for product variants that are not yet used in production or procurement processes.

You can reprocess the CPQ configurations for product variants that are identified as CPQ configuration variants. The product variants configured by PCF and assembly product variants cannot be reprocessed using this session. After a product variant is reprocessed using this session, a Job Shop BOM Revision, a Job Shop Routing Revision, and a Product Subcontractors List Revision are added.

Note: This session is displayed only if the Infor Configurator (CPQ) check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0500m000) session.
