Archive/Delete Production Bills of Materials (timfc3200m600)
Use this session to delete, archive, or archive and delete the production bills of materials.
Note: You can archive or delete the Production Bills of Materials with the BOM Model Status ‘Expired’.
Field Information

Indicate if the production bills of materials must be archived, deleted or archived and deleted.
Allowed values
- Delete Only

Deletes the selected data.
- Archive Only
-
Copies the selected data to an archive company.
- Archive and Delete
-
Copies the selected data to an archive company and deletes from the original company.
- Settings

- Original Company
- The code and name of the company from which the data is deleted and/or archived.
- Archive-to Company
- The code and name of the company to which the data is archived.
- Selection Range

- Up To Date
-
The date and time up to which the production bills of materials are considered for archiving and/or deleting. The expiry date of the Production Bill of Materials is considered.
Note: The application defaults the current date and time of the system.
- From Product
- The From and To Product fields define a range of the production bills of materials. The data related to these production bills of materials is archived and/or deleted.
- Include Received Bills

If this check box is selected, the received production bill of materials are also achieved and/or deleted. By default, this check box is cleared.
Note: This check box is displayed only if the Originating App field value is PLM(Internal) or PLM(External) in Item Base Data Parameters (tcibd9199m000)session.

If this check box is selected, the text from the Original Company is archived to the Archive-to Company.
Note: This check box is enabled only if the Delete or Archive field is set to Archive Only or Archive and Delete.
- Overwrite Text

If this check box is selected, an archived text that exists in theArchive-to Companyis updated.
Note: This check box is enabled only if the Archive Text check box is selected.
- Archive General Data

If this check box is selected, the general data from the Original Company is archived to the Archive-to Company and not deleted.
Note:
- This check box is displayed only if the Archive General Data only via session Archive General Data check box is cleared in the COM Parameters (tccom0000s000) session.
- By default, this check box is enabled and selected if the Delete or Archive field is set to Archive Only or Archive and Delete.
- Print Options

- Process Report

If this check box is selected, a process report is generated when the selected process is completed successfully. The report contains a message that indicates successful completion.
Note: By default, this check box is selected.
- Print Errors

If this check box is selected, a report is generated with the errors logged during the Delete Only, Archive Only and Archive and Delete processes.
Note: By default, this check box is selected.
- Print Statistics

If this check box is selected, a report is generated after the Delete Only, Archive Only or Archive and Delete process is completed. The report contains the count of these records:
- Selected in the Original Company
- Archived to the Archive-To Company
- Deleted or skipped in the Original Company
