Job Shop Bill of Material Control (tibom5100m000)

Use this session to manage templates that specify which attributes of a PLM-BOM are controlled by PLM or LN.

Note: 
  • The Engineering Revisions check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
  • The Originating App field is set to PLM (Internal) or PLM (external) in the Item Base Data Parameters (tcibd9199m000) session.

  • If no template is defined, the PLM-BOM is defined by the attributes as sent by PLM and no validation is possible. Without validation, it is not possible to generate a job shop bill of material.

  • Some attributes can only be controlled by PLM or controlled by the application.

Effective Date
The date the bill of material control template becomes effective.

Indicates the application used to view the domains.

Allowed Manual Changes to Job Shop BOM
Add Revision
If this check box is selected, the application allows the revision to be added manually.
Modify PLM Controlled Fields
If this check box is selected, the application allows you to modify PLM controlled fields.
Add/Delete Material Line
If this check box is selected, the application allows you to manually add/delete the material line.
Add/Delete Alternative Material
If this check box is selected, the application allows you to manually add/delete the alternative material.
Note: This check box is enabled if the Add/Delete Material Line check box is selected.
Add/Delete Reference Designator
If this check box is selected, the application allows us to manually add/delete the reference designator.
Note: This check box is enabled if the Add/Delete Material Line check box is enabled.
Received Revision Handling
Automatic Processing
If this check box is selected, the application processes the revision automatically.
Automatic Approving
If this check box is selected, the application approves the revision automatically.
Note: This check box is enabled if the Automatic Processing check box is enabled.
