Print Job Shop Bills of Material (tibom3400m000)

Use this session to to print reports for a selected job shop bill of material in the specified site. The bill of material report can be single level or multi level.

In a multi-level report with summarized quantities, the report consists of these details:
  • The lowest level of components. The multilevel print displays all items, including the intermediate products (subassemblies).
  • The procured parts, that is the components with the Source set to a value other than Job Shop Bill of Material in the Job Shop Bill of Material (tibom3600m000) session.
Note: 
  • This session is displayed only if the Job Shop by Site concept is set to Active or In Preparation in the Concept Activation (tcemm4600m000) session.
  • You can only print the current revisions with summarized quantities option.
  • If BOMs are selected in the Job Shop Bills of Material (tibom3100m000) session, the print includes only the selected BOMs. If there is no selection, the print includes the entire list.
  • By default, the quantities are printed on the report.

Site

The site for which the report is printed.

From Product

The range of product.

Bill of Material

The range of production models.

Configuration

Use this field to determine which BOM lines are printed with respect to effectivity units.

Effectivity Unit

The effectivity unit ID.

Report Level

Select the level of detail printed.

Allowed values

  • Single Level
  • Multi Level
Report Type

Select the type of report printed.

Note: 
  • If this field is set to Dimensions, the report displays the length and width of the item.
  • The Summarized Quantities option is enabled only if the Report Level field is set to Multi Level.
  • The multi-level summarized quantities report displays the sum of the quantities for the lowest level of component.
  • For a summarized quantities report, you can only print:
    • Current revisions of the job shop BOM.
    • Item Texts.
  • If this field is set to Summarized Quantities, you cannot print the additional BOM data.

Alternative Materials

If this check box is selected, the alternative materials that are linked to the BOM are printed in the report.

Use Up Materials

If this check box is selected, the use-up materials that are linked to the BOM are printed in the report.

Reference Designators

If this check box is selected, all reference designators linked to the job shop bill of material are printed.

Material - Routing Relationships

If this check box is selected, all material-routing relationships linked to the job shop bill of material are printed.

BOM texts

If this check box is selected, any text associated with the job shop bill of materials is printed.

Item texts

If this check box is selected, then any texts associated with items will be printed.

To create or edit item text:

  1. Start the Items (tcibd0501m000) session.
  2. Double click an item
  3. Click Text
Print Language for Texts

Enter the code for the language in which you want to print the texts that you have previously selected.

If none of the check boxes for printing texts are selected, you cannot enter a code.
