Planning Bill of Material Lines (tiapl5127m000)

Use this session to define the configurable assembly parts, which require long term planning based on the end item forecast.

Note: The session can be accessed only if the Forecasting check box is selected in the Assembly Planning Parameters (tiapl0100s000) session.

Field Information

Forecast Item

The code of the forecast item.

Base Model

The code of the base model.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Base Models check box is selected in the Product Configuration Parameters (tipcf0100m000) session.

Revision

The revision number of the BOM.

Position

The position number of the BOM line.

Item

The code of the assembly part, engineering module, or the standard part directly below the level of the displayed main item in the product variant structure.

Note: The Item must be of the type Product or Engineering Module (Obsolete).

Item Type

The item type.

Order System

The order system of the item.

Allowed values

SIC
Planned
FAS item
Manual

Configurable

Indicates if the item is a configured item.

Fixed

If this check box is selected, the assembly item is considered as a standard component in the item configuration.

Planning Percentage

The percentage for which this planning line must be considered.

Note:

This field is enabled only if the Fixed check box is cleared.
The value of this field is set to 100 when the Fixed check box is selected.

Planning Quantity

The planning quantity of a component in a BOM is used in the enterprise planning calculation when determining the average requirements for this component.

Unit

The unit in which the quantity is expressed.

Assembly Line

The code of the assembly line.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Order System field is set to value other than FAS.

Line Segment

The code of the line segment.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Order System field is set to value other than FAS.

Station

The code of the line station.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Order System field is set to value other than FAS.

Lead Time Offset

The lead-time offset.

Plan Item

The plan item.

Note: The cluster of the main item (forecast item) can be used to create the plan item code for the sub item.
