Create Exemption Letter File (tftax2221m000)

Use this session to create and/or generate a tax exemption letters file in a '.txt' format. This file is sent to the tax authorities.

Field Information

Tax Year: The tax year for which the tax exemption letters file is generated.
: The description or name of the code.
From: The From and To fields define a range of: the tax exemption certificates numbers issued to the business partners.
Replacement: If this check box is selected, LN replaces the existing tax exemption letter that is corrected or modified.
Protocol Number: The external number issued by the tax authority when a tax exemption letter is sent to the supplier.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Tax Type is set to Purchase.
: The external progressive number issued by the tax authority.

Commodity Description: The item's commodity code assigned to the item in the invoice.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Customs check box is selected in the Tax Exemption Letter by Business Partner (tftax2121m000) session.
