Print Acquisition Register (tffam8410m000)

Use this session to print a report of a company's assets, asset books, and asset-related transactions for a specified range of periods. You can generate the report for assets that have been added/updated in a specified period. The report lists all the assets that have been capitalized in a particular period and year. The data in the report appears by book. You can print the report with additional information, notes or comments attached to the asset.

Note:

To print adjustment transactions, use the Print Adjustment Register (tffam8420m000) session.
To track the ongoing activity in the asset system, use the Print Invested Capital Overview (tffam8478m000) session.

Field Information

Selection

Selection Range

Asset Book: The From and To fields define a range of: book codes.
Asset Number: The From and To fields define a range of: asset numbers.
Asset Extension: The From and To fields define a range of: asset number and asset extensions.
Category: The From and To fields define a range of: categories.
Subcategory: The From and To fields define a range of: subcategories.
Financial Company: The From and To fields define a range of: financial companies.
Reason: The From and To fields define a range of: reason codes.
Transaction Date: The From and To fields define a range of: transaction dates.
Period: The From and To fields define a range of: periods.
Year: The From and To fields define a range of: years.

Settings

Currency: The home currency. From the Tools menu, choose Rotate Currency to switch home currencies.

Options

Print Comments

If this check box is selected, LN prints the comments or the text available for the asset selected. You can provide the text for an asset in the Assets (tffam1500m000) session.

Print Associated Notes

If this check box is selected, LN includes the notes associated with the asset. You can specify the text for an asset in the Assets (tffam1500m000) session.

Print Business Information Codes

If this check box is selected, you can include the business reasons for the selected range of assets.

You can attach a business information for the asset. You can define the business information with a code in the Business Information Codes (tffam2540m000) session.

Business Information

The From and To fields define a range of: business information codes.

Note: The field is enabled only when you select the Print Business Information Codes check box.

Sequence No.

The From and To fields define a range of: sequence numbers of the business information code.

Note: The allowed values range from 1 to 99. The field is enabled only when you select the Print Business Information Codes check box.
