Distribution Line (tffam8127s000)

Use this session to maintain the distribution line when processing an adjustment, disposal, or transfer. If you are processing a single transaction, the current information will be displayed and you select the new information for the selected distribution line. If you are processing a mass transaction or several assets or asset books simultaneously, the current information is used as additional criteria in selecting the appropriate asset distribution lines to process the transaction.

Field Information

Sequence Number

A unique identifier for the distribution line selected from the Distribution Lines (tffam8527m000) session.

Action

Action you would like to perform to the distribution line.

Default value

If you activate the Distribution Line (tffam8127s000) session from:

  • The Dispose Assets (tffam8240m000) session, the value in this field must be Remove or blank.
  • The Adjust Assets (tffam8220m000) session, any value is valid.
  • The Transfer Assets (tffam8211m000) session, the value must be Change or blank.

The following is an explanation of the valid values:

  • Nothing will occur, if you leave the field blank.
  • If you select Add, a new distribution line will be created.
  • If you select Remove, the distribution line will be deleted.
  • If you select Change, you can edit the distribution line.
  • If you select Ignore, the distribution line is ignored.
Financial Company

If this is a single transaction, LN displays the current company. If a mass transaction, you can select the company as a criteria for processing the transaction.

New Company

You can select the new company you would like the distribution line to be processed with.

Dummy Label

If this is a single transaction, LN displays the current percentage of the distribution method. If this is a mass transaction, you can select the percentage of the distribution method as a criteria for processing the transaction.

New Quantity/Percentage

You can select the new quantity or percentage of the distribution method.

Dummy Label

If this is a single transaction, LN displays the current physical location of the indicated quantity of the asset. If a mass transaction, you can select the location as a criteria for processing the transaction.

Dummy Label

You can enter the new physical location of the distribution line.
