Reverse Expensed Received Assets (tffam0260m100)
Use this session to reverse the transactions related to the received assets that are expensed.
Note:
- The application allows you to reverse expensed assets only if the Status of the received asset is set to Processed and the Action on Processing field is set to Expense.
- This session can also be accessed using the Received Assets (tffam0160m000) and Received Asset (tffam0660m000) sessions. option from the menu in the
- When you click Reverse:
- The Status of the received asset is updated to Received.
- The Action on Processing field is set to Capitalize.
- The expense journal voucher that is created when the asset is expensed, is reversed.

- Selection Range
- Use the fields in the Selection Range group box to specify the range of data for which the expensed received assets must be reversed.

- The From and To fields define a range of: received asset number that must be reversed.
- Owning Company
- The From and To fields define a range of: company that owns the received asset.
- Owning Department
- The From and To fields define a range of: departments of the received asset.
- Item
- The From and To fields define a range of: items that are associated with the received asset.
- Lot
- The From and To fields define a range of: lot codes of the item.
- Serial Number
- The From and To fields define a range of: serial numbers of the item.
- Category for Threshold
- The From and To fields define a range of: categories of the asset.
- Subcategory for Threshold
- The From and To fields define a range of:subcategories of the asset.
- Goods Receipt Date
- The From and To fields define a range of: dates on which the asset is received.

- Print Process Report
- If this check box is selected, the application generates a report that includes the transactions that are processed during the reversal of the assets.
- Print Error Report
- If this check box is selected, the application generates an error report in case errors occur when processing the reversal of the assets.
- Batch Reference
- The batch reference number of the transactions related to the reversal of assets.

If this check box is selected, the application considers the date of the original transaction as the reversal date.
Note: The application clears this check box if the Reversal Date check box is selected.

If this check box is selected, the application allows you to specify the transaction date and time of the batch in which the expense transaction is posted.
Note: The application clears this check box if the Original Document Date check box is selected.
- Reversal Date

The date and time when the transaction date of the batch in which the expense transaction is posted.
Note:
- By default, this value is set to the date of the original expense transactions.
- This field is enabled only if the Reversal Date check box is selected and the Original Document Date check box is cleared.
