Trade Notes Payable (tfcmg1525m000)

Use this session to to view and maintain the trade notes generated in the Generate Trade Notes Payable (tfcmg1225m000) session. You can create new trade notes, delete trade notes, and modify the details of existing trade notes.

Note:

When the TNP Status of a trade note payable for an advance payment is set to Paid, the registration details specified on the payment advice line of the payment advice batch are considered for the tax transactions.
If stamp tax is applicable for the trade note, you can only view the registration data used for stamp tax in the Tax Registrations by Document (tfgen1100m000) session. This session can be accessed using the Tax Registrations by Document option from the References menu.
If the trade note is not posted, you can also update the registration data.
