Print Budget Balances (tfbgc3400m000)

Use this session to print the budget amounts for a selection of balance types.

Field Information

Budget Year

The year for which the budget is valid. The year corresponds to the fiscal year defined in the General ledger module.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Budget

The budget code.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Account

The From and To fields define a range of: budget accounts.

Dimension 1

The From and To fields define a range of: dimensions.

Print

Select an option to print the budget balances either annually or for a specific period.

Select one of these options:

  • Annual Amounts: To print the budget balances annually.
  • Period Amounts: To print the budget balances for a specific period.
Export Balances

If this check box is selected, all the fields in the tab Export to Excel are enabled and you can export the balances to an external file.

File Name

The name of the file to which the budget balances are exported.

Open in Spreadsheet

The spreadsheet or excel file in which the budget balances are opened.

Delimiter in File

Select an option to delimit the values in the exported file with a separator.

This field can have the following values:

  • Separator: Limits the exported file with a separator.
  • Tab Delimited: Delimits the exported file with a tab.
