Budget Structure - Ranges History (tfbgc1142m000)
Use this session to display the changes made in the budget structure.
Field Information
- Budget Year

The year for which the budget is valid. The year corresponds to the fiscal year defined in the General ledger module.
- Short Description of Year

The description or name of the code.
- Budget

The budget for which you define the range.
- Description

The description or name of the code.
- Budget Level
-
The budget level. For a budget structure, you can define up to nine summary levels.
- Level 1 of a roll up structure always determines how the accounts on your ledger chart of accounts (ledger detail accounts) roll up to the first summary level of budget accounts.
- Levels 2 through 9 always determine additional summary levels within your budgetary roll up structure. Allotment, commitment, encumbrance, expense, payment, and available balances on levels 2 through 9 are always the sum of the balances of the level immediately below these levels ( Example, the balance at Level 2 always equals the sum of the balances of the budget accounts at Level 1).

The sequence number.
- Modified on

The date and time on which the budget structure range was modified.

The name of the user who changed the budget structure range.
- History Status

The status of the budget structure history.
This field can have the following values:
- Created
- Deleted
- Modified
- Unchanged
- Account

The budget account code.
- Dimension 1

The From and To fields define a range of: dimensions.
- Account Description 1

The description of the budget account.
- Account Description 2

The second description of the budget account.
- Template

If this check box is selected, the budget structure is used as a template. Every combination in the range of selected ledger accounts and dimension codes will generate a budget account with the same syntax. The mapping to the combination of ledger account and dimension codes is done simultaneously.
- History Status

The status of the ranges history of the budget structure.
This field can have the following values:
- Created
- Deleted
- Modified
- Unchanged
- Account From

The From and To fields define a range of: budget account.
- Account To

The From and To fields define a range of: budget account.
- Account All Values

If this check box is selected, separate budget accounts are generated for each value specified in the range.
