Update Payment Related Data on Purchase Invoices (tfacp5200m100)
Use this session to update the payment related data of open purchase invoices and optionally credit notes and debit notes:

- Bank Account for Business Partner
Note: On the selected documents, the values are updated where the invoice balance amount is the same as the invoice amount. This session can also be accessed using the option from the menu in these sessions:

- Invoice-from Business Partner
- The From and To fields define a range of: invoice-from business partners to select invoices, and optionally credit notes and debit notes, for whom the payment related data is updated.
- Pay-to Business Partner
- The From and To fields define a range of: pay-to business partners to select invoices, and optionally credit notes and debit notes, for whom the payment related data is updated.
- Financial Company
- The From and To fields define a range of: financial companies to select invoices, and optionally credit notes and debit notes, for which the payment related data is updated.
- Transaction Type

Note:
- This field is enabled only if the Payment Terms check box is selected.
- The payment terms and the related data can be updated for an invoice, credit note and debit note, only if the anticipated payments are not linked to the invoice.
- If the payment terms is updated for an invoice, credit note and debit note, the due date and discount related data is also updated, similar to the Payment Terms (tfacp1111s000) session.
- Late Payment Surcharge
- If this check box is selected, the application allows you to select the late payment surcharge that is updated for the specified range of invoices, credit notes and debit notes.

The code of the late payment surcharge that is updated for the specified range of invoices, credit notes and debit notes.
Note:
- This field is enabled only if the Late Payment Surcharge check box is selected.
- If the late payment surcharge is updated for an invoice, credit note and debit note, the late payment surcharge related data is also updated, similar to the Payment Terms (tfacp1111s000) session.
- Payment Method
- If this check box is selected, the application allows you to select the payment method that is updated for the specified range of invoices, credit notes and debit notes.

- Business Partner bank

If this check box is selected, the application allows you to select the bank relation of the business partner that is updated for the specified range of invoices, credit notes or debit notes.
Note: This field is enabled only if a Pay-to Business Partner is specified in the Selection Range group box.

The code of the bank relation associated with the business partner of the specified range of invoices, credit notes or debit notes that is updated.
Note: This field is enabled only if the Business Partner Bank check box is selected.

- Update Schedule Lines

If this check box is selected, the schedule lines for the specified range of invoices, credit notes and debit notes are updated.
Note:
- By default, this check box is enabled and cleared.
- The application selects this check box and this value cannot be modified, if the Payment Terms is specified and the schedules are defined for the new payment terms.
- The Payment Method and Supplier's Bank fields are updated for the open schedule lines in the Payment Schedule (tfacp1103m000) session.
- Update Credit Notes
- If this check box is selected, the application updates the payment terms and other related data also for the credit notes.
- Update Debit Notes
- If this check box is selected, the application updates the payment terms and other related data also for the debit notes.
- Simulate
- If this check box is selected, the update process is performed in simulation mode.
- Print Process Report

If this check box is selected, the application generates a report with all the invoices and payment schedules in the specified selection range including the values that are updated.
Note: After reviewing the data in simulation mode, you can clear the Simulate check box and update the actual data for the specified selection range.
- Print Not Updated Report
- If this check box is selected, the application generates a report with all the invoices and payment schedules for the specified selection range including the fields that are not updated. The report also includes the reason for which the data is not updated.
