Use this session to view the layout data for a report.
Field Information

- Sequence

The table field's or attribute's sequence number in a report.
- Field Name

The attribute or table field code.
- Sort

If this check box is selected, this field is included in a sort.
- Subtotals

If this check box is selected, the subtotal is printed for numerical fields.
- Totalize

If this check box is selected, the total is printed for numerical fields.
- New Page

If this check box is selected, a new page is forced if one of the sort fields changes.
You can, for example, print a list by sales representatives with one sales representative per page.
