Activity Templates (tdsmi0155m000)
Use this session to view, enter, and maintain activity templates.
Based on an activity template, you can generate the following activities:
- Tasks from the Global Addition of Activities (tdsmi2210m100) session.
- Mailings from the Mail Merge by Standard Letter (tdsmi2410m000) session.
Field Information
- Template
- Active

If this check box is selected, the activity template is in use.
- Type

The activity type for which the template is defined. The type can be task or mailing.
- Information

If the Type is Task, you can enter information about the task in this field.
- Priority
-
If the Type is Task, assign a priority to the task.
- Attribute Set

The attribute set that is linked to the activity template.
Note: When the activity is linked to a business object, this attribute set's attributes are added to the business object. - Letter

If the Type is Mailing, select a standard letter for mass mailing in the Mail Merge by Standard Letter (tdsmi2410m000) session.
