Process Non-Converted RFQ Responses (tdpur1223m000)

Use this session to perform the following for your selection range:

Process ignored responses by bidder
Response lines for which the Conversion Action is Ignore, are processed.
Delete responses by bidder
Response lines for which the Conversion Action is Delete, are deleted.

The Conversion Type for a response line can be specified in the RFQ Responses (tdpur1506m000) session.

Field Information

Process up to RFQ date: The request for quotation date until which the response lines are processed and/or deleted.
Process Ignored Responses: If this check box is selected, response lines with the Conversion Action specified as Ignore, obtain the Processed status.
Delete Responses marked as 'Delete': If this check box is selected, response lines with the Conversion Action specified as Delete, are deleted.
Print Errors: If this check box is selected, and errors occur during the processing and deletion process, an error report is printed.
