RFQ Criterion Scoring Schemes (tdpur1193m000)
Use this session to specify objective and subjective values and scores to criterion.
Example
Criterion | Objective value % | Score | Valid for range |
---|---|---|---|
Quantity | -10 | -10 | -10 to 100 |
Quantity | 0 | 100 | 0 |
Quantity | 10 | 50 | 0 to 10 |
Quantity | 20 | 20 | 10 to 20 |
Quantity | 30 | 10 | 20 to 30 |
The objective value in this example is the difference between the RFQ quantity and the response quantity expressed as a percentage of the RFQ quantity. As a result, if the RFQ quantity is 100 units and the response quantity is 85 units, the objective value would be 15.
Field Information
- Criteria Set
-
RFQ criteria set
- Criterion Type
-
The type of criterion for which the value and score are applicable.
Allowed value
- Subjective
- Criterion
-
Note: You can specify a subjective criterion only if the Criterion Type field is set to Subjective.
- Deviation Value
-
The value assigned to the objective criterion.
- String Value
-
The subjective value assigned to the subjective criterion.
Allowed values
You can specify a subjective value only if the Criterion Type field is set to Subjective.
- Score
-
The score assigned to the criteria values. The score is taken into account when calculating the total score by criterion.
- Scoring Sequence
-
The sequence number of the scoring for the specified combination of Criteria Set, Criterion Type and Criterion.
Note: By default, the application increments this value by 1 when a new scheme is defined. - Specific Value
-
If this field is set to Yes, a value for a deviation, deviation percentage, string value, or a yes or no value can be entered. When the value is set to No, the scoring line is used as fallback in case no other scoring line is valid during the compare.
- Operator
-
The operator based on which the criterion demands are defined.
Note:- This field is enabled only if:
- The Criterion Type is set to Objective.
- The Specific Value check box is selected.
- You can set this field to a value other than <> and refers to.
- This field is enabled only if:
- Description
-
The description or name of the code.
- Deviation Unit
-
The unit in which the Deviation Value is expressed.
Allowed values
- Hours
- Days
- Weeks
- Months
- Years
- Not Applicable
Note:- This field is enabled only if:
- The Deviation Value is specified.
- The Criterion Type is set to Objective.
- This field can be set to Days and Weeks only.
- Deviation Percentage
-
The deviation percentage for the quantity.
Note:- This field is enabled only if:
- The Criterion Type is set to Objective.
- The Specific Value check box is selected.
- The specified value must be unique for a combination of Criteria Set, Criterion Type, Criterion, Specific Value and Operator
- This field is enabled only if:
- Value (Yes/No)
