Global Delete of Attribute Surcharge Information (tdpcg0200m400)

Use this session to delete the attribute surcharge information from (a selection of) various sessions related to attribute surcharge books, attribute surcharge scenarios, discount schedules, discount scenarios.

You can generate a report to display all the attribute surcharge information that has been deleted.

Note:

This session can be accessed only if the Attribute Surcharges check box is selected in the Pricing Parameters (tdpcg0100m000) session.
To generate a report simulating the update of deleted attribute surcharge information, you must select the Simulation Only check box and the Print Changes check box.
To actually delete the information, you must clear the Simulation Only check box and select the Print Changes check box.

Field Information

Delete to Expiry Date

The attribute surcharge information with an expiry date and time prior to the date specified in this field, is deleted.

Attribute Surcharge Books

Attribute Surcharge Books: If this check box is selected, the attribute surcharge books data defined in the Attribute Surcharge Books (tdpcg3100m000) session is deleted.

Attribute Surcharge Scenarios

Attribute Surcharge Scenarios: If this check box is selected, the attribute surcharge information defined in the Attribute Surcharge Scenarios (tdpcg3120m300) session, is deleted.

Attribute Surcharge Discount Schedules

Attribute Surcharge Discount Schedules: If this check box is selected, the attribute surcharge information defined in the Attribute Surcharge Discount Schedules (tdpcg3110m000) session, is deleted.

Attribute Surcharge Discount Scenarios

Attribute Surcharge Discount Scenarios: If this check box is selected, the attribute surcharge information defined in the Attribute Surcharge Discount Scenarios (tdpcg3125m200) session, is deleted.

Options

Simulation Only: If this check box is selected, a report simulating the update of deleted attribute surcharge information is displayed. The data update is only displayed but not processed.
Print Changes: If this check box is selected, a report with the (simulated) changes is printed.

Note: This field is enabled only if the Simulation Only check box is cleared.
