Copy to User (tcmcs2262m000)
Use this session to copy a template for a range of users.
Note: You can access this session from the menu in the User Profiles and Authorizations Template (tcmcs2160m000) and User Profiles and Authorizations Templates (tcmcs2560m000) sessions.

- The code of the company in which the user profiles and authorizations are created.
- Template

The code of the template used to create user profiles and authorizations.
Note:
- This value is defaulted from the User Profiles and Authorizations Templates (tcmcs2560m000) or User Profiles and Authorizations Template (tcmcs2160m000) sessions.
- This value cannot be modified.
- Copy to User:
- The range of user for which the profile template is copied.
- Only users with existing same template
- If this check box is selected, only the users with the existing template is considered to copy can be copied.
- General

- Append
- If this check box is selected, the existing user profiles and authorization settings are not updated during the Copy process . However, the extra profiles are added.
- Overwrite
- If this check box is selected, the existing user profiles and authorization settings are overwritten during the Copy process.
- Delete Existing

If this check box is selected, the existing user profiles and authorization settings are deleted and replaced with the new profiles during the Copy process.
Note: This check box is enabled only if the Overwrite check box is selected.

- The code of a department defined to approve the purchase order.

- The employee code of the person who approves the purchase order.
