Perform Inventory Tracking Balancing (tcitu4240m000)
Use this session to perform the inventory tracking balancing for the inventory tracking units (ITUs). You can use this session to compare the actual inventory with the available inventory tracking units.
Note:
- This session can be accessed only if the Inventory Tracking check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
- You can also access this session using the Inventory Tracking Balancing Run (tcitu4630m000) session. option from the menu in the
Field Information
- Selection

- Balancing Run
- The balancing run number that is generated when you perform the inventory tracking balancing for the specified range of data.
- Overwrite Selection Range
- If this check box is selected, the existing balancing run selected in the Balancing Run field overwrites the specified selection range.
- Selection Range

- Use the fields in the Selection Range group box to specify the range of data for which the inventory tracking balancing must be performed.

This option provides a preview of the data before the inventory tracking balancing run is performed.

If this check box is selected, the application processes the inventory tracking balancing orders with inventory tracking receipts or inventory tracking consumptions.

If this check box is selected, the application generates a report of the inventory tracking balancing process.

- Error Report

If this check box is selected, the application prints a report with the errors that occurred during the inventory tracking balancing process.

- Receipts

If this check box is selected, the application creates the inventory tracking receipts for all the inventory tracking balancing orders that are generated with a positive unbalanced quantity and prints the report of the same.

If this check box is selected, the application creates inventory tracking consumptions for all the inventory tracking balancing orders that are generated with a negative unbalanced quantity and generates a report of the same.
