Inventory Tracking Correction Orders (tcitu4100m000)

Use this session to view and maintain the inventory tracking correction order associated with the inventory tracking unit. You can also create the inventory tracking corrections using these sessions:

Inventory Tracking Units (tcitu1100m000)
Inventory Tracking Receipts (tcitu2110m000)

Note: This session can be accessed only if the Inventory Tracking check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.

Order

The unique identification number of the inventory tracking correction order.

Status

The status of the inventory tracking correction order.

Allowed values

Open
Ready for Processing
Processed

Country of Origin Status

Indicates the status of the country of origin.

Allowed values

To be Specified: The country of origin is to be specified.
Specified: The country of origin has been specified
Not Applicable: Concept data not used.

Unique Identifier

The unique identifier code of the inventory tracking unit receipt.

Receipt

The inventory tracking receipt from which the correction order must be created.

Status

The status of the inventory tracking receipt.

Allowed values

To be Received: The initial status of the inventory tracking receipt.
Received: The Warehousing receipt from which the inventory tracking receipt was created has been confirmed.

Inventory Tracking Unit

The code of the inventory tracking unit from which the correction order must be created.

From Tracking Unit Receipt Unique Identifier

The unique identification code of the inventory tracking unit receipt.

From Inventory Tracking Unit Unique Identifier

The unique identification code of the inventory tracking unit (ITU).

Status

The status of the inventory tracking unit.

Allowed values

Created

The initial status of a manually created inventory tracking unit.

Open

The initial status of an automatically created inventory tracking unit.

For example, an inventory tracking unit is automatically created when received inventory is put away in inventory.

Consumed

The inventory tracking unit is fully received and all inventory is consumed, thus the available quantity and the quantity to be received is 0 (zero).

A new inventory tracking receipt can be linked to this inventory tracking unit, which will reopen the inventory tracking unit.

Closed

The inventory tracking unit is no longer used.

If the available quantity is 0, you can set consumed inventory tracking units to Closed. You can close inventory tracking units in the Inventory Tracking Units (tcitu1100m000) and Inventory Tracking Unit (tcitu1600m000) sessions.

Inventory Tracking Level - Location

The inventory tracking level specifies the level at which the ITU is stored.

Allowed values

Warehouse

Inventory movements inside a warehouse, for example, from one warehouse location to another, do not affect the inventory tracking units.

Inventory movements between warehouses will create or update the inventory tracking units.

Site

Inventory movements within a warehouse or between warehouses located at the same site do not affect the inventory tracking units.

Inventory movements between warehouses located at different sites will create or update the inventory tracking units.

Country

The country in which the inventory is stored is specified on the inventory tracking unit.

Logistic Company

Inventory movements within a logistic company do not affect the inventory tracking units.

Inventory movements between warehouses located at different logistic companies will create or update the inventory tracking units.

Business Partner

Only used for inventory tracking receipts and consumptions in direct deliveries. Otherwise not applicable.

The location value associated with the Inventory Tracking Level - Location.

Ownership Level

The ITU's storage level in terms of ownership is to be considered.

Allowed values

Enterprise Unit

Inventory movements within a warehouse or between warehouses within the same enterprise unit do not affect the inventory tracking units.

Inventory movements between warehouses in different enterprise units will create or update the inventory tracking units.

Financial Company

Inventory movements within a financial company do not affect the inventory tracking units.

Inventory movements between warehouses in different financial companies will create or update the inventory tracking units.

Tax Registration

Inventory movements within a warehouse or between warehouses within the same tax registration area do not affect the inventory tracking units.

Inventory movements between warehouses in different tax registration areas will create or update the inventory tracking units.

Business Partner

Only used for inventory tracking receipts and consumptions in direct deliveries. Otherwise not applicable.

The ownership value associated with the Ownership Level.

Inventory Tracking by Receipt

If this check box is selected, an inventory tracking unit is linked to an individual receipt line. Aggregation of multiple receipts in one inventory tracking unit is not allowed.

Received Quantity

The quantity of the inventory received for the inventory tracking unit.

Unit

The inventory unit in which the received quantity is expressed.

Unconsumed Quantity

The quantity of the inventory for the inventory tracking unit that has not been consumed.

Corrected Quantity

The quantity of the inventory for the inventory tracking unit that must be corrected.

To Tracking Unit Receipt

The inventory tracking receipt up to which the correction order must be created.

To Tracking Unit Receipt Unique Identifier

The code of the to inventory tracking unit receipt unique identifier is applied.

Inventory Tracking Unit

The code of the inventory tracking unit .

To Inventory Tracking Unit Unique Identifier

The unique identification code of the inventory tracking unit (ITU).

Consumption

The unique identification number of the inventory tracking consumption.

Inventory Tracking Consumption Unique Identifier

The unique identification code of the inventory tracking correction order.

Logistic Company

The code of the logistic company associated with the business object to which inventory tracking correction order is linked.

The name of the company.

Receipt Line

The receipt for which the inventory tracking unit is created.

The position number of the receipt line.

Actual Receipt Date

The date on which the receipt is performed.

The code of the country from where the goods are shipped.

To Country of Origin

The code of the country where the goods must be shipped.

Creation Date

The date and time when the inventory tracking correction order is created.

Created By

The logon code of the user who created the inventory tracking correction order.

Processing Date

The date and time when the inventory tracking correction order is processed.

Processed By

The logon code of the user who processed the inventory tracking correction order.
