Create Items by Site and Office (tcibd1253m000)
Use this session to create item data for site and office for all the items specified in the Item Selection range, based on the data specified in the Item Defaults (tcibd0502m000)session.
Item by Site can only be created for the sites listed in the Item Defaults (tcibd0502m000) session. The selection range in the Create for section is used only to limit the site list. The same applies to the office selections.
The Create Items by Site and Office (tcibd1253m000) session can create data only if the data is not present.
You can create item data for:
- Item Sites
- Item Purchase Offices
- Item Sales Offices
- Item Service Offices
Note: This session can be accessed only if the Sites concept is Active or In Preparation in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.

- Use the fields in the Item Selection group box to specify the range of items data for which the item sites and office data can be created.

Use the fields in the Create for group box to specify the range of Site, Purchase Office, Sales Office, and Service Office for which Item by Sites and Office data can be created based on the default data specified in the Item Defaults (tcibd0502m000)session.
Note: These fields are enabled only if the corresponding check boxes are selected.

- If this check box is selected, the item site and office data are replicated.
- Print Report
- If this check box is selected, the item site and office data report is printed.
- Print Errors Only
- If this check box is selected, a report is generated when an error occurs.
