Document Exception Item Lines (tcgtc0132m000)

Use this session to maintain the list of export document exception item lines.
Note: 
  • You can access this session only when:
    • The Trade Management check box is selected in theImplemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session
    • The Trade Compliance check box is implemented in the Trade Management Parameters (tcgtc0100m000) session.
  • The session is deleted when the related document exception is deleted.

Field Information

Exception ID

The code for exception ID.

Item Line

The number of document exception line.

Exclude / Include

Indicates if the particular Item Group, Item, or HS Code is excluded from or included to the document exception.

Note: The value must be equal for all records that belong to the same Document Exception.
Item

The code of the item.

Note: 
  • The Subject to Trade Compliance check box is selected in the Item (tcibd0501m100) session for the particular item.
  • The Item and Harmonized System Code field must not be specified.
  • A different item code value must be used for a particular Document Exception.
Description

The description or name of the code.

Item Group

The code of the item group.

Note: 
  • The item and HS code field must not be specified.
  • A different item group value must be used for a particular Document Exception.
Description

The description or name of the code.

HS Code

The code of the Harmonized System Code.
