Anonymize Business Partner (tccom1200m000)

Use this session to anonymize the persona data of a business partner. You can generate a certificate and a report as a proof of the anonymization of the personal data.

Note: On the specific menu of the Business Partners (tccom4500m000) and Business Partner (tccom4100s000) sessions, click Anonymize and Report to launch this session.

Field Information

Run as Simulation: If this check box is selected, a report is generated that simulates the data. The updated data is not processed.
Create Certificate: If this check box is selected, LN generates the certificate with the anonymized data and can be submitted to the business partner as a proof of anonymization.
Include related Contacts: If this check box is selected, LN prints and anonymizes the contacts related to the business partner, in the report.
Include Private Addresses: If this check box is selected, LN prints and anonymizes the private address of the business partner.
Include BP addresses: If this check box is selected, LN prints all the addresses of the business partner.
