Archive Workbench (tccom0650m000)

Use session to retrieve and archive the sessions that are ready to be archived across all packages. The statistical details of the latest run of each archiving session is also displayed.

Note:

The Archive Sessions (tccom0150m000) is displayed as a satellite session.

Field Information

Source Company

The source company from which the data across all packages is retrieved to be archived.

Company Name

The description or name of the code.

Archive Company

The archive company.

Note: The company is defaulted based on the source company selected.

Data Lake Company

The data lake company to which the general data and transactional data can be archived.

Note: This field is displayed only if the Archiving to Data Lake Enabled check box is selected in the Archiving Parameters (ttdpm6100m000) session.

Number of Records Selected

The total count of records selected from the archiving session in the source company. The total count is displayed when you select a session from the list of archiving sessions.

Number of Records Archived

The total count of records that are archived in the last archiving run. This count is displayed when you select a session from the list of archiving sessions.

Number of Records Deleted

The total count of records deleted from the source company in the last archiving run. This count is displayed when you select a session from the list of archiving sessions.

Number of Records Skipped

The total count of records skipped from the source company in the last archiving run. This count is displayed when you select a session from the list of archiving sessions.

Data Lake Archiving

Data Object Present: Indicates if data is present in the data lake company.
Last Successful Data Reconciled to Data Lake: The date and time when the archived data is successfully synchronized to the data lake company.
