Prepare Archive-to Company (tccom0202s100)

Use this session to prepare the archive-to company with the required master data same as the originating company.

You can also use this session to:

Create multiple companies for archiving if the original company is a part of multi-company setup.
Initialize parameters for the archive-to company and other companies that are created in the process.
Create general company data with the details of address, country, language, and so on.

Field Information

Original Company: The code of the current company based on which the archive-to company can be prepared.
Archive-to Company: The code of the company to which the data is archived.
Create Company: If this check box is selected, new company or companies are created based on the current specified company.
Initialize Parameters: If this check box is selected, parameters are initialized for the company or companies that are created.
