Use this session to archive sessions from the source company to the archive company or data lake company.
Field Information
- Source Company
- The source company from which the data across all packages is retrieved to be archived.
- Session
- The session ID.
- Main Table Number
- The main table to which the session is linked.
- In Use
- Indicates if the session is in use. The selected session can be archived or deleted using this workbench.
- Archive To

The option to specify whether to archive the session to the archive company or data lake company.
Allowed values
- Archive Company
- Data Lake Company
- Archive Defaults
- Indicates if the session defaults are saved.
- Last Archive Execution Date
- The latest date and time when the session is archived.
- User
- The user who performed the archive run.
- Eligible Records for Archive
- The number of potential records that are eligible for archiving.
- Last Eligible Updated Date
- The date and time when the last archive run is performed for the selected session to get the eligible records for archiving.
