Archive/Delete Subcontractor Variation Requests (tcclb1280m000)
Use this session to delete and archive a selected range of subcontractor variation requests.
Note: You can delete the requests only in the status of the variation request is set to:
- Approved, or
- Canceled

- Archive Only
- Archive and Delete

- Original Company
- The code of the original company.
- Archive-to Company
- The code of the company to which the request is archived.
- Selection Range
- Use the fields in the Selection Rangegroup box to specify the range of information to archive or delete the variation requests.
- Print Options

- Print Report
- If this check box is selected, a report is printed with the subcontracting variation request.
- Print Statistics
- If this check box is selected, the statistics are printed.

- If this check box is selected, the text related to the variation request is archived.
- Overwrite Text
- If this check box is selected, the text related to the variation request is overwritten.
