- Field
- The code of the field that require a different label to be displayed on the portal for suppliers.
- Custom Description
- The custom description for the label.
- Custom Label

Indicates if a pre-defined custom label is available or not.
Note: This check box is selected by default if the value in the Custom Description field is specified.
