Not shipped

When goods are not shipped, the goods that are staged are not delivered and the ITU – Consumption is not created for the goods that are not shipped.
When the goods are not shipped, these are the possible scenarios:
  • The complete shipment line is not shipped. This indicates the shipped quantity is zero and all the consumptions related to shipment line are updated with the quantity of the items that are not shipped.
  • Partially shipped: The shipment line is partially shipped. If a single consumption is linked to the shipment line, the changes are directly updated on the consumption and consumption details. When the shipped quantity is not determined automatically, you must indicate the parts of the ITU consumption that must not be shipped. This can only be assigned on the consumption details and the not shipped quantity is updated from the consumption details to the consumption level.

When the goods are not shipped, you can perform an automatic adjustment of the goods that are not shipped. These goods are automatically adjusted during the confirmation of the shipment. The inventory that is specified as not shipped in the ITU consumption details must be used to update the adjustment order for the consumption associated with the adjustment order.
