EUS document compliance check

If an EUS linked to a sales order line, LN performs the EUS compliance check. If a license is linked to the EUS, LN also performs the Trade Compliance check.

The compliance check results are logged in the Document Compliance Check Results (tcgtc1510m000) session with this data:

  • The Source field is set to End User Statement or Trade Compliance based on the performed check.
  • The related End User Statement ID and Line (if applicable) are updated.
  • The related License ID and Line (if applicable) are updated.

During the SO-line processing, the compliance checks are performed when:

  • An EUS is linked to the sales order line.
  • Modifying a sales order line to which an EUS linked.
  • Approving a sales order line to which an EUS linked.
    Note: LN only checks if the linked EUS status is set to Approved.
  • Releasing a sales order line to which an EUS linked.
    Note: LN only checks if the linked EUS status is set to Approved.
  • Shipping a sales order line to which an EUS linked.
