Data setup

The COO functionality is applicable to items of the type, Product or Tool. This data setup must be completed to enable the COO functionality:

Select the Country of Origin check box in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
Activate the COO functionality using the Inventory Tracking Parameters (tcitu0100m000) session or the Inventory Tracking Parameters (tcitu0100m100) session. See Country of origin activation for details.

You can also use the Inventory Tracking Parameters by Country (tcitu0110m000) session to maintain the data for the countries for which the COO must be enabled. If the COO enabled at the company level, you can use this session to make an exception and maintain the data for the country in which COO is not enabled. See Inventory tracking setup for details.
