Supplier onboarding application

The supplier onboarding application is created by the customer and an invitation is sent to the supplier. This invitation is sent through an email with the link to access the onboarding portal.

The supplier can specify the data in these sections that are displayed, based on the Onboarding Template defined by the customer and the role assigned to the supplier:

General Company

This section includes basic information of the company such as the company name, address, the type of business and primary contact details of the supplier.

Note: The supplier must specify a proper postal or zip code.

Service offering

This section includes information related to the service offering provided by the supplier. Information related to the delivery capability of the supplier, the number of years the supplier is in business, and the license is specified here.

Note: The fields vary based on the selected Nature of Supply.

Financial information

This section includes information related to banking, financial statements documents, credit references and the letter of credit or bank guarantees of the supplier.

Note: In the Banking information, the International Bank Id list displays the data specified in the Bank Branches (tfcmg0511m000) session that has the Bank branch code same as the International bank id.

Commercial Relations

This section includes information related to taxation payments, tax registration number trade services provided by the supplier, the health and safety measures followed by the supplier. The customer requires to know about any incident that has occurred in the past and the safety measures apart from the tax registration number, currency and the trade services provided by the supplier.

Legal information

This section includes corporate, insurances policies and certifications information such as the company incorporation date, annual revenue generated, registration number, areas of operations, type of insurance, policies, and certificates.

After specifying the mandatory fields, the supplier can mark each section as complete using the Complete option and submit the application using the Submit option.

Note: The supplier can preview the onboarding application before submitting using the Preview option. This option is displayed only if the user has commercial, financial and legal roles.

Documents

The subcontractor must upload the related documents in the PDF format. These documents have an expiry date, and the subcontractor must be notified if the validity of the document is about to expire or has expired. The subcontractor must upload the updated documents to modify any information in the onboarding application. The subcontractor must also upload and additional documents if the business partner has created a new nature of supply and service trade.

After specifying the mandatory fields, the supplier can mark each section as complete using the Complete option and submit the application using the Submit Send for Approval option.

The supplier can use the Preview option to review the onboarding application before submitting. This option is displayed only if the user has commercial, financial and legal roles.

Note: In case the Expression of Interest (EOI) is created from the Portal, all the information is defaulted from the previous application of the business partner who initiates the EOI.
