Archive/Delete Corrective Action Plan History (qmcpl5201m000)

Use this session to delete, archive, or delete and archive the CAP history data.

Note:  LN allows you to delete the history data only if the corresponding CAP data is deleted.

Indicates the method for processing the data. .

Allowed values

Archive Only

The selected records are only archived.

Delete Only

The selected records are only deleted.

Both

The selected records are both archived and deleted.

Options
Archive General Data

If this check box is selected, general data from the Common package is archived.

Note: 
  • You can archive data only if the Archive General Data only via session Archive General Data check box is cleared in the COM Parameters (tccom5000m000) session.
  • You can also use the Archive General Data (tccom0250m000) session to archive general data.
Archive Master Data

If this check box is selected, the master data related to CAP is archived.

Note: 
  • You can archive data only if the Archive General Data only via session Archive General Data check box is cleared in the COM Parameters (tccom5000m000) session.
  • You can also use the Archive General Data (tccom0250m000) session to archive general data.
Archive Text

If this check box is selected, LN archives the text related to the CAP.

Overwrite Text

If this check box is selected, LN overwrites the text related to the CAP.

If this check box is selected, the errors that occur while archiving or deleting the CAP data are printed.

The date up to which the CAP data is archived.

Archive-to Company

The code of the company in which the CAP data is deleted or archived.

Note: This value is defaulted from the Archive-to Company field in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
Description

The description or name of the code.
