Constraint Analysis Gantt (Static) (plsch8001m100)
Use this session to view the graphical representation of the constraints that occur during schedule calculation.
Schedule constraints are events that obstruct or delays the Engine's scheduling process.
You must specify the Resource type in the Resources field to view the graphical representation of the work teams/ resources assigned to the production order operation.

You can use the On/Off toggle on the Toolbar to view the Gant Information section.
Gantt Information List
This section displays the production order operation data, start and end date of the operation, and so on. You can also download the information using the CSV file icon.

Graphs
The Y axis represents the various resources used in the operation and the X axis represents the time period.
Schedule constraints have predefined colors.
Block Color | Constraint | Description |
---|---|---|
Red | Machine | Work could not start because the machine on which work was to be carried out is not available. |
Blue | Employee | Work could not start because an employee who was needed to do the work is not available. |
Green | Tool | Work could not start because a tool is not available. |
Fuchsia | Raw Material | Work could not start because the necessary raw material is not available. |
Cyan | Predecessor | Work could not start as scheduled because one of the block's predecessors is not completed. |
Yellow | Subassembly | Work could not start because the subassembly is not available. |
Orange | Delayed/Postponed Status | Work could not start because the block has a Delayed or Postponed status. |
Dark Green | Perishability/ Between Operations | Work could not start as scheduled because the perishability value between operations has exceeded. |
Violet | Perishability/ Within Operations | Work could not start as scheduled because the perishability value within the operation has exceeded. |
Light Brown | Default Dynamic Buffer | Work could not start as scheduled because of the value of the parameter:

Dark Brown | Specific Dynamic Buffer | Work could not start as scheduled because of the value of the dynamic buffer specified for the machine. |
Moss Green | Transfer Time | Work could not start as scheduled because of the transfer time between operations, specified for the operation in the Scheduler. |
