Indicates if the production order is excluded from the scheduling run when a new schedule is generated.
- Planned Start Date
- The date on which start of production is planned as determined by the Production Planner.
- Planned End Date
- The date on which end of production is planned as completed by the Production Planner.
- Scheduled Start Date
- The production start date as defined by the Scheduling Engine. Scheduled dates are calculated based on various manufacturing constraints, such as the availability of resources, setup times, production rates, completion of operations, planned dates, efficient use of resources, reduction of setups and reduction of work in process.
- Scheduled End Date
- The production end date defined by the Scheduling Engine.
- Quantities
-
- Quantity Unit
- The unit in which the quantity is expressed.
- Total Quantity
- The total quantity to be produced for the production order. This quantity equals to the To Process quantity when the production is yet to start.
- To Process Quantity
-
The quantity to be produced for the Production order. If production is initiated for the order, this quantity remains yet to be produced (as calculated from production feedback specified for Production Order Operations of the Production order).
This value must be specified manually when the production order is created. As the production progresses, the value is updated automatically by the application.
This value is the quantity ordered for the line item if the order is created for a make-to-order customer order line item and this value cannot be modified.
- In-Process Quantity
- The quantity of items that are currently in production on the shop floor for the Production order operations.
- Processed Quantity
- The quantity that is produced for the production order. This value is automatically updated from production feedback for operations in the production order.
