Use this session to view and maintain operations for the routing operation block.

Scenario
The code of the scenario.
Site
The code of the site.
Item
The code of the item produced by the routing process.
Routing
The routing number for which an indivisible group is being defined.
Revision
Operation Block
The code of the operation block linked to the routing.
Operation
The code of the operation represented by the operation block.
Effective Date
The date from when the operation starts. If more than one operation is assigned to the operation block, you must specify effective start and end dates for at least one operation.
Note: 
  • If you do not specify any effective start and end dates for an operation and more than one operation is assigned to the operation block, the application always selects the operation that has the highest priority, provided the operation can be scheduled.
  • If you specify effective start dates for all operations, the application schedules the operation that can be used according to the effective start and end dates.
Expiry Date
The date when the operation is completed.
Priority
The priority assigned to an operation. If this value is not specified when you create an operation, the application assigns the priority in the order in which the operation is created.
Note: If multiple operations are scheduled simultaneously and an effective start and end date is not specified, the application considers the operation with the highest priority
Operation Defaults

If this check box is selected, the application considers the default reject values specified for the operation.

You must select this check box if you want to use the operation more than once, in the manufacturing process.

Default Reject Multiplier
The method to specify forecasted rejects. This value is used to calculate forecasted rejects based on lot size.
Default Reject Constant
The method to specify forecasted rejects. This value indicates a fixed number of forecasted rejects irrespective of the lot size.
