- The name of the employee.
- Calendar Code
- The code of the calendar to which the employee is linked.
- Availability Type
- The code of the Availability Type associated with the employee.
- Time Loss
- The resource-specific weight for reducing time loss. This value determines the significance of reducing time loss when a machine is selected by the Engine for scheduling. The Scheduling Engine considers this value on addition to the other weights.

- The work experience of the employee expressed in years or months.
