Delivery Performance (plaps8853m000)

Use this session to identify the most critical order delivery problems in the plan. You can also view the summary of total revenue, total demand, constraints, and forecast deviation of the plan item.

Delivery Performance Filters

You can filter the delivery plan by planner, buyer, or site. The plan items linked to the specified planner, buyer, or site are displayed.

Delivery Performance Options

You can use the Delivery Performance Options (plaps0194m000) session to define the default settings for the time horizon, cause of lateness, and the color legends based on which the delivery performance session is displayed.

Delivery Performance Charts

Use these charts to review delivery performance for the plan items:
  • Customer Order Lines: Use this chart to view the average lateness of the customer order lines. You can use this chart to view:
    • On Time Count
    • Delayed Count
    • Average Lateness
    • Maximum Lateness
    Note: You can right-click the chart and select a different time period. Allowed values:
    • Day
    • Week
    • Month
    • Year
  • Warehouse Demand Orders: Use this chart to view average lateness based on the warehouse demand orders. You can use this chart to view:
    • On Time Count
    • Delayed Count

You can use these tabs to view the delivery performance of the plan item:
  • Most Important Constraints: This tab displays the critical material and resource constraints that affect the delivery performance.
  • Customer Order Lines: This tab displays the customer order lines within the specified time period.
  • Warehouse Demand Orders: This tab displays the warehouse demand orders within the specified time period.
  • End Supply Orders: This tab displays the end supply orders within the specified time period.
  • Outlier Orders: This tab displays the Orders that have an empty planned date within the specified time period.
