Dependent Demand View (plaps8410m100)
Use this session to view the dependent demand order quantity for items in a graphical view. Dependent demand is related to a demand for another item. For the selected item, the demand orders for items that have dependent demand are displayed.
Dependent Demand View – Filters
You can filter the list of items by planner, buyer, site, or warehouse. All items linked to the specified planner, buyer, site, or warehouse are displayed in the All Dependent Demand Order Items section.
The items are displayed in a tree structure, categorized by site. You can select a site to view items linked to the site. The warehouse linked to the item is displayed along with the item details. You can right click an item for the detail view, inventory overview, and MPS view.
Dependent Demand View – Graph
The plotting area of the Dependent Demand Order Quantity graph consists of two axes. The horizontal axis displays the dates for which the item quantity is displayed.
The vertical axis displays the quantity related information of the item selected in the All Dependent Demand Order Items section.
Dependent Demand View – Grid
The Dependent Demand Orders by Item grid displays the demand orders for items which have dependent demand for the item selected in the All Dependent Demand Order Items section. For each demand order, you can view the lateness in the grid.
Dependent Demand View – Consolidated View
You can enable the consolidated view of the average lateness in days by selecting the Hide/Show Indicator. The lateness information is displayed for the item selected in the All Dependent Demand Order Items grid.
Dependent Demand View – Options
You can use the Dependent View Options (plaps0187m000) session to define the default settings for the scenario, start date, and duration, based on which the plan items are filtered in the Dependent Demand View (plaps8410m100) session. You can also select the color legend for the entities displayed in the Dependent Demand Order Quantity graph.
