Supply Network (plaps8301m000)
You can access this session using the Supply Orders (plaps3501m000) or the Demand Orders (plaps4510m000) session.
option from the menu in theIf you access the Supply Network graph from one of the customer order lines, you can view this information in the graph and the data grid:
- Manufacturing orders: Allows you to fulfil the customer order line.
- Purchase order: Allows you to fulfil the manufacturing order.
Supply Network - Graph
The graph displays the supply order data in blocks and arrows. The time axis depicts the timeline for order fulfilment. The order blocks indicate the Start/Ordering Date and Finish/Delivery Date for the order. The axis can be rescaled based on days, weeks, months, or years.
If the dates of the manufacturing and distribution orders overlap, the order related information is displayed along the vertical axis.
In the graph, a block with a thick line indicates the order is supplied from safety stock. You can hover over the order to view the related information.
The blocks represent various orders in the network and are colour coded. These colours are used as classifiers:
- Yellow: Indicates supply orders with one or more material constraints.
- Blue: Indicates supply orders with capacity constraints.
- Green: Indicates the supply orders with material and capacity constraints.
Arrows pointing from left to right indicate successor or predecessor relationships between the supply order blocks. The arrows representing various orders can converge into a single block.

- Order Type: Allows you to view the order related information for the selected item.
Network Constraints
This panel displays orders with constraints, in the graph. The Supply Network Graph Data panel displays all the order information in tabular format.
When a order with constraint is selected in the graph, the information related to that order and the constraint is displayed in the Network Constraints section.
