Order Lateness (plaps8001m000)
Use this session to identify the late orders and assess the magnitude of lateness problems. You can view the value and the lateness information for demand and supply orders. The lateness information is displayed for sites, warehouses, items, customers, and projects. The order lateness graph helps minimize or eliminate expediting activities. The order lateness graph displays the date a late order is planned to be delivered and how late it is at the time.
Order Lateness - Filters
For the filtered warehouse, item, or customer, you can view the items linked to the order along with their values, revenues, profits, and priority.
Order Lateness - Graph
The plotting area consists of two axes. The vertical axis indicates by how many days orders are late and the horizontal axis displays the date planned for the order's delivery. Orders are displayed on the plotting area as colored circles (bubbles). Each bubble represents an individual customer order, warehouse demand order, forecast, or an end supply order (in a different mode). The size of the bubble indicates the magnitude of the lateness of the order. The lateness axis displays how late the order is planned to be after the most recent planning engine run.
When an order's projected lateness is reduced, its corresponding bubble moves downwards in a direction parallel to the past due line. If the situation gets worse for an order when the planning engine is run, the bubble's position shifts upwards in a direction parallel to the past due line.

Order Lateness – Options
To change the view and mode of the current graph, you can right-click the plotting area to view the related options.
You can use the Order Lateness Options (plaps0180m000) session to define the default settings for the time horizon, type of order, type of information based on which the bubble size is determined and graphical options for the plotting area.
Order Lateness – Consolidated View
You can enable the consolidated view of revenues and profits and lateness by selecting the Hide/Show Indicator toggle. You can view total values for a supply order and total revenues and profit for a demand order. You can also view the maximum and minimum lateness of orders against the threshold limit.
Order Lateness - Grid
Based on the selection, orders with planned date and lateness information are displayed in a list view in the grid. You can customize the columns displayed in the grid.
