Step and Task Attributes
The workflow user/group task attributes:

| Workflow ID | Assigned when the business process is created. | 
| Name | The name assigned to the task. The name cannot be changed. | 
| Assigned User | The user assigned to perform the task. | 
| Task Details | The description of the task. | 
| Group Name | If applicable, the group assigned to perform the task. | 
| Access | Indicates user read/write permissions for the files. | 
| Maximum Duration | The maximum amount of time estimated for the task. | 
| Task Type | Description of the nature of the task, for example, designer review. For information purposes only. | 
| Planned Approval Date | Can be entered as required, for project monitoring purposes only. Not used for calculations. (In workflow only) | 
| Projected Approval Date | Calculated from the date that the task arrived in the user's task list plus the maximum duration value, if entered. Automatically updated after the business process has been launched. | 
| Advance Warning | Determines when and which users will receive notification when the due date of the task is about to elapse, if Maximum Duration is defined. | 
| Date Responded | The date that the user responded to the task. Automatically updated after the business process has been launched. | 
| Time Responded | The time that the user responded to the task. Automatically updated after the business process has been launched. | 
| Response | The user's response to the task (Approve or Reject). Automatically updated after the business process has been launched. | 
| Date Arrived | The date that the task arrived in the task list for the user or group. Automatically updated after the business process has been launched. | 
| Time Arrived | The time that the task arrived in the task list for the user or group. Automatically updated after the business process has been launched. |

These are the workflow step attributes:

| Name | The name assigned to the step. The name is unique and cannot be changed. | 
| Task Type | The type of step, for example, Check in. | 
| Check out Type | Either Major or Minor. (Check out step only) | 
| Send to Production Properties | Opens the Send to Production Properties dialog box. (Send to Production step only). | 
| Modification ID | The modification (Modify and Modify & Send to Production steps only). |

| Command | The command required to run another workflow (System step only). | 
| Recipients | The users who must receive an attachment (Distribution step only). | 
| Subject | The subject to be used for the mail message (Distribution step only). | 
| Message | The contents of the mail message (Distribution step only). | 
| Date Responded | The date that the step was performed. Automatically updated after the business process has been launched. | 
| Time Responded | The time that the step was performed. Automatically updated after the business process has been launched. | 
| Workflow ID | Automatically assigned when the business process is created. | 
| Checklist | The code of the checklist. The mandatory checks must be completed before finishing a task. |
