Master data to be defined

This chapter provides the suggested sequence and common master data to create a new PLM company. If you are working in a combine PLM/LN space, this step is normally done by the LN Administrator or implementation team.

In a multi-tenant cloud environment, you must define this data:

• Languages (tcmcs0146m000)
• Units (tcmcs0101m000)
• Unit sets (tcmcs0106m000)
• Units by Unit Set (tcmcs0112m000)
• Countries (tcmcs0510m000)
• Currencies (0102m000)
• Time Zones (tcemm1100m000): The code of the time zone is used in addresses.
• States/Provinces (tcmcs1143m000): The code of the states/provinces is used in addresses.
• Address Formats (tccom4535m000)
• Number Groups (tcmcs0651m000)
• Work Weeks (tcccp0105m000)
• Availability Types (tcccp0101m000)
• Initialize Parameters (tcmcs0295m000)
• Com Parameters(tccom5000m000)
• General Company Data (tccom0502m000)
