Note: The modification can be performed manually, or as part of a business process workflow. You must check-out the required item to perform the modifications and check-in after the modifications are performed.

The status of the modification.

Allowed values

Created: The modification is created but not yet performed.
Not Active
Locked
In Workflow
In Process: This status is set when you use the Perform option.

Note: When the perform action is completed, the modification status is set to Complete or Failed.
Complete: The Perform action is successful.
Failed: The Perform action has failed.
Partially Complete

Check-Out Mode

The category of check out.

Allowed values

Minor
Major

PLM Project

The PLM project for which the modification is created.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Ignore Project Configuration

If this check box is selected the project configuration is ignored for the modification.

Perform Check-In

If this checkbox is selected check-in is done after the modification..

Allow Non-Released Parent Items

If this check box is selected, the parent items that are not yet released can also be modified.

Created By

The log in ID of the user who perform the modification.

Created By

The name of the user who perform the modification.

Created On

The date and time when the modification is done.

Effective From

The date and time from when the effectivity of the modifications is applicable.

Effective To

The date up to which the effectivity of the modifications is applicable.

Date Performed

The date on which modification is done.

Validation

To check for validation errors before modification is performed.

Allowed values

Passed: Validation checks are done and no errors are found.
Errors Detected: Errors have been detected in the definition of Modification Rules.
Not Applicable
Initial: Validation is not yet performed.
