Rental Usage
The Rental Usage screen allows you to register rental usage on equipment and rental usage service costs.
To view the Rental Usage screen the Register Rental Usage option in the Service User Templates (tsmdm1660m000) session must be selected. In Mobile Service the Rental Usage screen can be accessed from the menu.
The Rental Usage screen lists the rental usage lines (LN table tstdm401) that meet the following:
- The usage line is linked to an equipment line (tssoc220) or service cost line (tssoc240) for which the Register Rental Usage option is selected.
- The related rental agreement must have the Released status.
Every usage line shows the following:
- Description of the usage
- Equipment Item (when applicable)
- Serial number (when applicable)
- Agreement line
- Usage period
- Actual quantity
